By accessing or using AI Headshot Pro ("the Service"), operated by AI Headshot Pro Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notification.

AI Headshot Pro provides AI-powered professional headshot generation, including formal headshot creation, outfit swaps, background changes, and photo editing. The Service uses artificial intelligence to transform uploaded photos into professional headshots.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when generating or editing images. Credit packages are non-refundable once purchased, except as required by applicable law.

• Credit prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
• Unused credits do not expire as long as your account remains active
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Create deepfakes or deceptive imagery intended to mislead others
• Impersonate another person without their explicit consent
• Upload images of minors or individuals who have not consented
• Violate any intellectual property rights of third parties
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the underlying AI models
• Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Service

Your Content: You retain ownership of the original photos you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your images solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Generated Content: You own the AI-generated headshots produced through your use of the Service and may use them for personal and commercial purposes.

Our IP: The Service, including its AI models, algorithms, interface design, and branding, is our proprietary property protected by intellectual property laws.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Uploaded images are processed on secure servers and are not used to train our AI models unless you explicitly opt in. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by service interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Headshot Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and any remaining credits are forfeited.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit.
